OUR EDITORIAL APPROACH

A scientific foundation
for new ideas.

We select research for its methodological strength, the relevance of its outcomes and its connection to our focus areas. This edition brings randomised trials and meta-analyses together around four questions. Every dossier links directly to the original publications.

The dossiers explain what was studied, interpret findings in their context and set out a development perspective for Human Nexus. Populations, limitations and relevant safety findings form part of the assessment. Funding and conflicts of interest are documented alongside the sources.

Our selection explores research questions relevant to business development. It is not a comprehensive systematic review; a meta-analysis may include trials also discussed separately. The research was conducted by external teams. Its findings do not establish the effectiveness of a Human Nexus offering or provide individual treatment or supplementation advice.

Editorial update: 10 September 2026.
